To send a tender to Africa Trade Forum implies explicitly the sender  agrees to pay a commission to SCAC Inc. for any sale done to a customer from our web sites or with SCAC business services assistance.

Commissions rates displayed on Africa Trade Forum are exclusive of taxes (applicable for deals in Canada only)

When a transaction is completed, the seller owes Africa Trade Forum / SCAC Inc Montreal a "Success Fee" for our matchmaking service. This commission (excluding taxes, if any, and bank fees) is calculated as a nominal percentage of the whole amount of the transaction (FOB basis only), as shown in the table below:

Rates

For foodstuffs, agro-products, minerals and forestry *

For all manufactured products and services *

 * Otherwise any prior other written agreement or for some products such cereals, rice, flour, edible oil and products sold with over 10.000 MT orders (consult us)

Example: for a transaction of food product amounting to USD 120,000 the applicable rate is 2,5%. from 1 to 50,000 USD, 2% from 50,001 to 100,000 USD and 1% from 100,001 USD  to 120,000 USD. Therefore, the seller owes SCAC Network a commission of USD 1250 USD + 1000 USD + 200 USD = 2,450 USD net.

Payments

SCAC Network accepts payment by bank transfer, certified check issued by a major international bank or Paypal payment
For payments over 10.000 $ LC accepted but all banking charges and commissions, including confirmation and amendments charges of the issuing bank's and third-party bank(s), confirmation bank if any and seller's bank are on the buyer's account.

The invoice that is issued when a service is charged specifies all payment terms and bank references.

For all SCAC Network additional services a specific cost estimate will be available  upon request.
