Starting on basis of many years of experience about all types of soap machines we are in a position to supply entire soap lines as well as single machines such as saponification plants, crutchers, dryer plants, chill rolls, weigh scales, amalgamators, roll mills, all types of plodders, cutters machines, stampers / soap presses, various types of conveyors and all types of packaging machines such as soap wrappers, stretch film wrappers (from 50 to 250 p.p.m.) and multi-packaging machines.

Our products include the following machines:

New S.W.I.N.G. (Soap With Inside Glycerin) saponification: they are better and less expensive than "traditional saponification"

"Filled soaps" equipments, usually laundry soaps. In the formulations there are some "fillers" such as kaolin, talk, sodium silicate, etc.

- Soap packaging machines such as soap wrapper, soap cartoner, soap over-wrapping, etc

Toilet Soap Transfer Units (automatic soap feeders) that can be applied to different packaging machines: continuous motion cartoners, flow (pillow) wrappers, traditional wrappers and bundlers (over-wrappers). With design adjustments we can supply units for so many different available brands. Performances vary from 150 to 300 cycles per minute.

Single machines such as dosing units, three roll-mills, crutchers, dryer plants, chill rolls, weigh scales, amalgamators, roll mills, all types of plodders, cutters machines, stampers / soap presses, conveyors and accessories
Fully rim block lines or single machines such as double-arm sigma mixers, twin-screw or single-screw extruders, automatic cutters for any production speed, turboflow units (automatic water temperature thermoregulator) and dosing units for color and fragrance.

We have also more than 350 used soap machines available for all types of productions: laundry soap, toilet soap and hotel soap. The range of machines include complete machine plants and double-arm sigma mixers, ribbon mixers, roll mills, plodders/refiners, cutters, presses, wrappers, bundlers, drying plants, laboratory equipment....
Our second-hand equipment is supplied fully reconditioned: we disassemble the machines, we change all the worn out parts and we make we the lacking parts. Finally we test the machine with the final product. We supply our machines with guarantee.
Important information for complete soap making machine plants
To produce soap, there are 2 systems:

1) Starting from raw material (oil or tallow + soda):
For this system, the manufacturer must to buy saponification plant + dryer vacuum plant + soap finishing line
Plants are not rigid units, they are a chain of equipment some of them of special design for the soap industry, some others general-purpose devices. As a combination of equipments, the final design must be tailored for the customer. Our mission and continuous effort is to "listen" to the customers and design "their" plant with "our" expertise.
Minimum capacity for new 600 kg/h
Minimum capacity for fully reconditioned: 300 kg/h

2) Finishing lines starting from soap noodles (pellets)
Soap finishing is the transformation of soap noodles into formulated stamped soap bars (tablets).
Soap finishing consists of several working stages: pre-refining, mixing, refining and extrusion, stamping and packaging.
For this system, the soap producer will buy only the soap noodles from big soap factory that produces them with saponification plant + dryer vacuum plant
The goal is to refine/homogenize and compact product with optimum physical and chemical features. Minimum capacity for new: 50 kg/h
Minimum capacity for fully reconditioned: 100 kg/h
