As soap producers know the smallest industrial saponification plant to Rectangular Soap Bars has a Capacity of 500 Kg/h and cost about 190/200,000.00 Euro EXW. Since in the last years we received a lot of request from small companies that want to start to produce their soap bars from Oils and Caustic Soda with a 50kg per hour capacity (400-500kg per day). That's why we developed our Small Scale Soap Plant (SSSP) to produce 50kg. 100kg or 150 Kg/batches of Soap Noodles or Rectangular Soap Bars.

This small scale plant is able to work with traditional raw materials, like Palm Oil and Coconut Oil or P.K.O.; moreover this plant can work also with oils that contains a lot of oleic and linoleic fatty acids like Sunflower oil, Corn oil, Olive oil, Soybean oil, etc...

With SSSP it is possible to produce 50 or 100 or 150 Kg/batches but the Batch Time depend from the oils; example 80% palm oil + 20% coconut Oil required about 90 minutes to produce a batch, so:
50 Kg/Batch = theoretically 33 Kg/h
100 Kg/Batch = theoretically 66 Kg/h
150 Kg/Batch = theoretically 100 Kg/h

Our SSSP is also available in a special version (without Heating System) to produce big quantities of Hand-Made soap bars, using the Cold Process System.
