To be able to answer the growing need of housing in the world, we have developed a revolutionary new system of pre-engineered light gauge steel houses covered by last generation of armed cement stucco.   This offers a thermal insulation that is unprecedented in the African market. Our houses are made of the best quality metal structures in order to make them resistant to the hurricanes, termites, fires and earthquakes of up to zone 4.

By virtue of its experience of 30 years in building in Africa and South America, we encountered problems with termites, which destroy wood structures. Since our houses do not use wood it is termite proof, which contributes to the longevity of the house offering an interesting comparative advantage.

We have found the way to put on the market a house made of materials of a very good quality that is not only economical to build but also very fast to implement. To achieve this, we use specially designed pre-engineered steel elements.

Our houses are designed to be implemented in any part of the World at a very low cost and by unskilled local labour supervised by our engineers and technicians. No special construction devices are required.

Ourproducts are designed and engineered to be used for any type construction application, from single-family houses to metal bridges, sport stadiums / theatres and apartment complexes of up to 10 stories.

The reliability of a pre-engineered metal structure:

The structure used for a single-family house is made of the same material that the one used for a building 10 stories high.

Our houses look the same than a very good quality traditional house but hides a leading technology that sets it apart.

At first sight our houses can not be differentiated from a traditional house, apart from a perfect finishing.

In a pre-engineered house, the steel structure elements have been already pre-cut and pre-punched in the factory by numerical machines. The Steel Structure provides large extruded opening to easily and rapidly accommodate electrical, mechanical, pluming and technology lines.

The association of the steel structure and of the concrete cover panels assures the longevity and minimises the maintenance cost.

The use of high quality materials specially designed allows us to offer a finished product that favourably competes with more expensive buildings.

Fast implementation by local labour without specific mechanical lifting means

Our houses are shipped by our factories in the USA in closed ocean containers as sets and transported by road all the way to the construction site. This door-to-door shipping method enables to reduce the risk of breaking, loss or robbery. The local labour supervised by our technicians and engineers assures the assembly of the buildings.

Highly accurate pre-punched bolt hole placement is assured through the utilization of the latest CNC technology making field assembly of buildings faster and easier.

Our patented Steel   Structure are specifically engineered  so  as  to  resist  building damage caused by fault line tremors  or major earthquakes.

3-       Hurricane Resistant:

Our construction System are engineered to withstand the damage impact of both wind and torrential rainfall resulting from hurricanes conditions.

4-       Energy Efficient:

Our construction system creates valuable energy efficiencies through the use of a very sophisticate isolation material.   

Our construction system one of the most energy efficient homes available today. We use a hypo-allergenic polyethylene foam or mineral foam with a special foil LOW-E material facing on one face. This radiant/moisture barrier reflects 97 % of the radiant heat penetration in summer and radiant heat loss in the winter.

Our Steel structure and armed cement board are resistant to a variety of potential intrusions, including pest, wildlife, rodent and termites.
