1- THE MISSION:

            Our  main mission as a developer, a contractor and an exporter is to gather under one authority all the suppliers that participate in the construction and equipment of a health care facility.

The objective to gather under the authority of our company all the suppliers is to present to the financing institution only one package from one company. It is understood that it would be impossible to present a package for every supplier that participates in the project, this would complicate the evolution of the project. 

2- THE MATERIAL:

Quick assembly: All elements are produced with the greatest possible precision and delivered by container, ready for assembly.

Steel possesses the highest strength to weight ratio of any building material being utilized today. It remains one of the strongest, most durable and economically manufactured materials.

Stronger: No wonder that in USA, 80% of all commercial building are constructed with steel as the primary structural component. Stronger, straighter, non-combustible, longer lasting and many other characteristics contribute to the undeniable superiority of steel as a building material.

Termite proof: Termite and other pests are no match for steel, ours hospitals framing system will be immune from such damage, and our customers can avoid the expense of treatments using chemical such as chlordane, that are hazardous to the health and the environment.

Fire Resistant: Our construction system offers much greater protection from fire. Steel is non-combustible, so it does not contribute to the spread of a fire. 

Protection From the Elements: One of the most remarkable qualities of our system of construction is its ability to stand up against the elements. Both the inherent strength and  “increase Wall Thickness” of steel framing are contributing factors to this advantage.

Higher Insulation Rating: Our steel-framed construction can be up to 40 percent more energy efficient than other conventional constructions. The depth of the steel beams provide a wider space for insulation, enough room for 9 inches (22,60 CM) to get a R-30 batt insulation in the walls and roof. Most of the other construction systems use much thinner rated insulation R-11 to R-19. Besides lowering the energy bills, our construction system will also be much quieter…thicker walls block out noise as well. Heating and Cooling cost have been reduced by as much as 40% 

Anti-Seismic: Our Pre-engineered Steel frame construction system can be approved for seismic Zone 4, the highest earthquake rating required in seismic zone. 

Wind resistant: Our Pre-engineered Steel frame construction have also withstood hurricanes and tornadoes with little or no structural damage, and can be designed to withstand up to 155 mph wind load (250 km/h.)

Components: our construction system are build with our unique system using heavy gauge “red-iron” steel columns that are factory-engineered to fit together precisely. All components are cut, drilled and marked in the factory, so they’re ready to simply bolt together on-site, with high-strength bolt and screws, instead of nails and staples. Steel studs are then screwed in place to create non-load-bearing walls and floors. 

Medical and surgical Equipment: we also supplies and installs all the equipment needed in the health care facility. 

Technicians and engineers: we have a team of technicians and engineers highly qualified that with the help of the local labor build the health care facility and install all the medical equipment to complete the turnkey project.

Ø       200 to 250 beds  Specialist  Referral  Hospital (Very sophisticated unit designed to be erected in the capital of the country)  

Ø       300 beds multidisciplinary hospital (Specially designed to be built in small towns (30.000 to 60.000 people), of emerging countries since it is very economical to operate)

5- THE MARKETS: 

Our  markets are mainly Africa, Asia and the countries of the Caribbean and Latin America.

5- FINANCING:

Many possibilities of financing are constantly being studied for the projects. In the USA the Ex-Im bank finances projects to promote the exportation of material from the USA. We interrogate the Ex-Im bank for every project and if the buying country is in its list of acceptable nations for financing the capital for the project is easily obtained.

If financing is not available in the USA,  we shall find the needed capital in other sources like the following:

§         The World Bank fund.

§         The African Development Bank

§         The Islamic Development Bank for health care development

§         The Asian Development Bank 

§         The United Nations Development Business

§         Charity fund for the amelioration of the medicine in the world.

§         Use a barter in which we shall receive payment for the health care facility through valuable goods that the country produces (Wood, Rice, Crude oil etc…).
